I was surprised by how helpful it actually was
I felt like it was wonderful to have the opportunity to be coached and I was surprised by how helpful it actually was in changing my thinking before returning to work full-time. I must admit that I did not have great expectations to begin with having heard other coaches speak. It was good to be able to voice my worries and have someone both validate my concerns but also lead me to the answers that I fundamentally knew but did not recognise.
